How Does Recession Impact Businesses?

In periods of crisis and uncertainty, businesses must deal with new competitors and disruptors, unforeseen interruptions, and increased customer expectations.

In order to navigate this uncertain landscape, they need to become more efficient, more effective, and more profitable — without relying upon the vagaries of instinct, gut feelings, and overreactions to current events.
