This inaugural Ardoq User Forum invitation is provided to all Ardoq Customers in the Nordics. Ardoq alone manages the use of customer contact information for the sole purpose of registration and Attendee management, and event follow-up.
Each Ardoq Customer is entitled to two (2) Attendees at the Ardoq User Forum.
All Attendees are existing Ardoq Customers, hence Ardoq already has a privacy agreement in place with each Customer, governing all information sharing between each Customer and Ardoq.
By attending, each Attendee understands and acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that they do not breach any information security or other privacy policies of their Employer in their interactions with other Attendees. In addition, all Attendees enter into a Personal Non-disclosure Agreement governing all information shared at the Ardoq User Forum by other Attendees.
Notwithstanding above, Ardoq alone reserves the right to make any Ardoq User Forum presentations public, or to use any presentations in its marketing and/or customer communications, subject to bilateral agreement for such use between Ardoq and Presenter.
Attendees do not by default share their personal contact information (beyond name and company) with any other Attendees. Any and all further personal information sharing is done solely at each Attendees' own discretion in 1-on-1 setting at or after the Ardoq User Forum.
The host for this Ardoq User Forum — Acando — is a commercial 3rd party offering consultancy services around Ardoq solutions. This Ardoq User Forum is organized at Acando offices in Oslo. We greatly appreciate their support and contribution to realizing this inaugural Ardoq User Form.
Dinner attendance is limited to two (2) Attendees per Ardoq Customer. Attendance at Dinner is subject to attendance during the day alike.
