He currently leads Enterprise Architecture at Victoria's Department of Families, Fairness & Housing (DFFH), one of the broadest government departments in Australia, and has previously led transformation at Services Australia, the Australian Digital Health Agency, and other Health and Social Services organisations. Paul educates and empowers others to use EA to ensure focus on coordinated and strategic social outcomes that DFFH faces, leveraging Ardoq to make this breadth and complexity easy to understand for all business and technology stakeholders.
